OBJECTIVE

Martin farms wants to start a magazine that focuses on there on farm tasks and to help other farmers who are just getting into the industry


PROCESS

Using my strong background in photography, I was able to meet with Martin Farms and capture day to day photos around the farm. After meeting and and capturing images around the farm, I was able to understand the story they wanted to tell and started to create the design choices that reflected the culture that I saw.

Food Truck & Menu Design


OBJECTIVE

Buoys Eatery was in need of a design for their new food truck and menu


PROCESS

With Buoys being more of a seaside restaurant, I decided to show that aspect of the restaurant by making the truck two different shades of blue and illustrated different icons that represent the sea and the brand. The menu also follows along with that seaside feel by adding the illustrations into a pattern along the sides of the menu to enhance the feel but not be too distracting

PROCESS

Research on Baroness led me to my design of choice, city skyline with a gravel texture really gives the feeling that this character is strong willed and powerful, using my knowledge of Adobe Illustrator I was able to make each aspect of Baroness as detailed as possible.

Farrier Logo


OBJECTIVE

Create a logo for a new farrier business


PROCESS

After a meeting with the client, we had decided upon a simple design but wanting to incorporate there horse into the design. I used adobe illustrator to outline a picture of there horse to be added on top of an anvil.  A serif font was chosen for the clients name to make it stand out and have a classy feel.

New Yorker Magazine Cover


OBJECTIVE

The New Yorker magazine is in need of a new design for their magazine cover, wanting something with a hand drawn feel.



PROCESS

With the rising of different supplements in the horse industry, this felt like the perfect opportunity to highligh the rising on the magazine. Different photographs were taken for textures used throughout the cover, the idea of using compound symbols was made to grasp the viewers attention to what can be used in different supplements.

Maroon 5 Poster


OBJECTIVE

Maroon 5 is on tour, and is in need of a poster designed for their up coming concert.



PROCESS

Taking one of Maroon 5’s hit songs “ Maps”, I illustrated geological map lines to connect the song to the cover, along with a heart in the middle for your eye to travel from top to bottom of the poster.

cRAFT bEER ADVERTISEMENT


OBJECTIVE

The FeedLot Brewing Company were in need of new advertisement ideas for their new line of craft beer.



PROCESS

The client was wanting a fun yet different style of design for this advertisement, I was able to use previously captured images of cattle and integrate them into the design to display a fun, humorous ad.

Tri-Fold Brochure

OBJECTIVE

Terravue Landscape would like a new brochure design to hand out to their clients and new potential customers.



PROCESS

After a ton of research, I wanted to make Terravue’s brochure intricate, and intertwine photographs with type and shapes to make the final look clean and professional. This type of design, stands out from the modern day brochure, and grabs the viewers attention.

CHILDRENS HEALTH FOUNDATION

OBJECTIVE

Prototype a new website landing page for a new campaign
